Please note that fee for English language test is non-refundable once payment has been made.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment channel and banking partners, generally within 7- 14 business days.

  • You authorize Xendit to process your payment on our behalf.
  • Payment information such as credit/debit card, e-wallet, or bank transfer details are collected and handled directly by Xendit under its security and privacy standards.
  • We do not store, access, or process your complete payment details on our servers.

All prices and fees are listed in Thai Baht (THB) unless stated otherwise.
Service fees may vary depending on the program or destination country.
Any additional charges (including VAT, bank transfer fees, or payment gateway fees) will be displayed before you confirm your payment.
We reserve the right to update prices or fees at any time without prior notice.

 

  1. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the stage of your application, payments made to overseas institutions, and related third-party costs.
  • Once a payment has been processed through Xendit, refund requests must be submitted in writing to our team at info@setstudent.co.th
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment channel, subject to Xendit’s and our banking timelines.
  • Administrative or non-refundable fees may apply.
  1. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate information when making a payment or completing an application.
  • Use only authorized and valid payment methods.
  • Not misuse the website, payment gateway, or any related system for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your transaction or service without refund.

We are not liable for:

  • Payment failures, delays, or technical issues caused by Xendit, your bank, or other third-party payment providers.
